欢迎使用 Gooo 餐饮团购平台（以下简称“本平台”或“Gooo”）。请您在使用前仔细阅读以下用户协议（以下简称“本协议”）。使用本平台即表示您同意并接受本协议的所有条款。如不同意，请立即停止使用。
1.1 本协议为您与 Gooo Tech Inc. 之间关于使用本平台的约定，适用于您在平台上的所有注册、登录、交易、评价等操作。
1.2 本协议包括正文及 Gooo 不时发布的其他规则、公告、指引、FAQ 等文件，所有文件与正文具有同等法律效力。
1.3 Gooo 有权修改本协议，修改内容发布后立即生效，您继续使用视为接受更新内容。
2.1 用户应年满18周岁，未成年人注册需在监护人同意及指导下使用。
2.2 用户注册时需提供真实、准确、完整的信息，并确保及时更新。账户仅限本人使用，不得转让或出借。
2.3 用户应妥善保管密码，避免泄露。如发现账户被他人使用，用户应及时联系 Gooo。
2.4 用户可随时注销账户，注销后无法使用平台服务，所有账户信息将依法处理。
2.5 Gooo 有权对异常账户进行调查，并可冻结或终止账户。
3.1 用户发布的信息应真实合法，不得侵犯他人权益或违反法律法规。
3.2 禁止行为包括：发布虚假内容、伪造交易记录、破坏系统安全、传播违法内容、未经授权使用 Gooo 标识等。
3.3 Gooo Tech Inc. 有权暂停或终止违反本协议或法律的用户使用权，必要时追究法律责任。
4.1 Gooo 提供团购信息、订单处理、用户评价等服务。
4.2 以下情况 Gooo 有权暂停或终止服务：用户违反法律或协议、行为影响平台运营、或应监管要求。
4.3 用户应遵循公平诚信原则，交易风险自负。Gooo 不对商家行为或商品质量承担保证责任，商家应履行自身服务承诺。
4.4 商家应确保商品真实、合法，用户如有疑问应直接联系商家。
5.1 用户下单即视为与商家建立合同关系，并自行负责订单信息准确性。
5.2 平台支持微信支付，用户应遵守相应支付平台服务条款。
5.3 用户可按平台规定申请取消或退款，Gooo 不对退款延迟负责。
5.4 商品价格由商户设定，Gooo 仅提供信息展示和技术服务。
6.1 用户交易出现问题时可通过平台申请售后，Gooo 将协助协调解决。
7.1 Gooo Tech Inc. 拥有或被授权使用平台内的所有内容、商标、设计等，受法律保护，未经许可不得擅用。
7.2 用户发布的内容知识产权归 Gooo 所有，Gooo 有权使用、编辑、发布等。
7.3 用户可通过客服举报平台内的侵权或违法内容，Gooo 将及时处理。
8.1 Gooo 承诺严格保护用户隐私，遵守《隐私政策》。
8.2 Gooo 可能收集用户注册信息、订单信息等内容，详见《隐私政策》。
8.3 Gooo 不会向第三方出售或出租用户信息，法律要求或为保护平台权益除外。
8.4 用户有权访问、修改、删除其个人信息，需联系平台客服处理。
9.1 因网络、技术或其他不可抗力因素导致服务中断、数据丢失，Gooo 不承担责任。
9.2 法律允许范围内，Gooo 对用户因使用平台产生的直接损失不承担责任。
9.3 商家对所提供的商品/服务承担全部责任，Gooo 不对由商家行为引发的纠纷承担法律责任。
9.4 平台可能含有第三方链接，Gooo 不对其准确性和合法性负责。
10.1 本协议适用美国法律（或根据业务实际所需更新）。
10.2 若发生争议，双方应协商解决，协商不成时提交 Gooo 注册地有管辖权的法院处理。
11.1 Gooo 有权根据业务需要修改协议，用户继续使用即视为同意。
11.2 用户违反本协议的，Gooo 可暂停或终止其服务权限。
11.3 法律变化或不可抗力导致无法履约，Gooo 有权终止服务。
11.4 长期未使用的账户，Gooo 有权注销并依法处理相关数据。
12.1 本协议自用户注册或首次使用起生效。
12.2 本协议部分条款无效不影响其他条款效力。
12.3 Gooo 可通过平台、短信、邮件等方式向用户发送通知。
12.4 本协议以中文为准，其他语言版本仅供参考。
12.5 未尽事宜依相关法律法规及行业惯例执行。
用户在使用本平台时，表示已充分理解并同意本协议所有条款。如有疑问可随时联系 Gooo 客服。
14.1 用户应自行备份数据，Gooo 不对数据丢失负责。
14.2 因不可抗力、非法行为等造成损失的，Gooo 不承担赔偿责任。
14.3 协议条款若与法律冲突，以法律为准。

Welcome to the Gooo dining group-buying platform (hereinafter referred to as “this platform” or “Gooo”). Please read the following User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) carefully before using this platform. By using Gooo, you agree to and accept all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform immediately.
1.1 This Agreement is between you and Gooo Tech Inc. and applies to all activities such as registration, login, transactions, and reviews on this platform.
1.2 This Agreement includes the main text as well as other rules, announcements, guidelines, and FAQs issued by Gooo from time to time. These documents have the same legal force.
1.3 Gooo reserves the right to amend this Agreement. Updates take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
2.1 Users must be at least 18 years old. Minors may only register with the consent and supervision of a guardian.
2.2 When registering, users must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, and keep it updated. Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred or shared.
2.3 Users are responsible for safeguarding their passwords. If unauthorized use is detected, users must contact Gooo immediately.
2.4 Users may request to cancel their account at any time. Once canceled, services will no longer be accessible, and information will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
2.5 Gooo reserves the right to investigate suspicious accounts and may suspend or terminate them if necessary.
3.1 All content posted by users must be truthful and lawful, and may not infringe on others’ rights or violate any laws.
3.2 Prohibited actions include: publishing false information, falsifying transactions, compromising platform security, distributing illegal content, and unauthorized use of Gooo branding.
3.3 Gooo Tech Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access in case of violations, and may pursue legal liability if needed.
4.1 Gooo provides services such as group-buying offers, order processing, and user reviews.
4.2 Gooo Tech Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following circumstances: violation of laws or this Agreement, conduct that disrupts platform operations, or as required by government regulations.
4.3 Users should transact honestly and at their own risk. Gooo does not guarantee merchant behavior or product quality. Merchants are solely responsible for fulfilling their service commitments.
4.4 Merchants must ensure that their products and services are lawful and accurate. Users should contact merchants directly with any product-related concerns.
5.1 Placing an order constitutes a contractual relationship between the user and the merchant. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their order details.
5.2 Gooo supports WeChat Pay. Users must comply with the terms of the payment platform.
5.3 Users may request cancellations or refunds in accordance with platform policies. Gooo is not responsible for any delay in refunds.
5.4 Product pricing is determined by merchants. Gooo only provides the platform and is not liable for pricing accuracy.
6.1 If issues arise with an order, users may request after-sales assistance through the Gooo platform. Gooo will assist in coordinating a resolution.
7.1 Gooo Tech Inc. owns or is authorized to use all content, trademarks, and designs on the platform, which are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7.2 The intellectual property of content posted by users belongs to Gooo, which reserves the right to use, publish, and edit such content.
7.3 Users may report infringement or illegal content via customer service. Gooo will review and respond promptly.
8.1 Gooo is committed to protecting user privacy and complies with its Privacy Policy.
8.2 Gooo may collect user registration details, order data, and other necessary information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
8.3 Gooo will not sell or rent user information to third parties, except as required by law or to protect platform rights.
8.4 Users have the right to access, update, or delete their personal information by contacting Gooo’s customer support.
9.1 The platform may be affected by technical issues, network instability, or force majeure. Gooo assumes no liability for any resulting losses.
9.2 To the extent permitted by law, Gooo is not responsible for direct losses arising from use of the platform.
9.3 Merchants are solely responsible for the legality, quality, and validity of their goods and services. Gooo assumes no responsibility for disputes between users and merchants.
9.4 The platform may contain third-party links. Gooo is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of external content.
10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States (or as applicable in your jurisdiction).
10.2 In case of disputes, the parties shall first attempt resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over Gooo Tech Inc.’s registered location.
11.1 Gooo reserves the right to revise this Agreement based on business needs. Continued use indicates acceptance of any changes.
11.2 If users violate this Agreement, Gooo may suspend or terminate services.
11.3 Gooo may terminate services due to force majeure, regulatory changes, or business decisions without incurring liability.
11.4 Inactive accounts may be canceled and associated information processed in accordance with applicable laws.
12.1 This Agreement becomes effective upon registration or first use of the platform.
12.2 If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
12.3 Gooo may send notices to users via in-app messages, SMS, or email.
12.4 This Agreement is governed by the Chinese version; other language versions are for reference only.
12.5 For matters not covered in this Agreement, relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices shall apply.
By using Gooo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement. If you have any questions, you may contact Gooo customer support.
14.1 Users are responsible for backing up their data. Gooo assumes no responsibility for data loss.
14.2 Gooo is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, illegal actions, or external risks.
14.3 In case of conflict between this Agreement and applicable laws, the laws shall prevail.
14.4 Users may provide feedback via customer service, and Gooo will respond promptly.
